"Too often today, people are ready to tell us,
'this is not possible; that is not possible'.
I say, whatever the true interest of our country calls for, is always possible!"

County Council Elections - How to Vote

On Saturday 9th March, Shropshire British National Party organisers, activists and potential election candidates met to discuss plans for the forthcoming Shropshire County Council elections, taking place on Thursday 2nd May.

A Cross in a Box - It's as Easy as That

Over the next few weeks, via our Shropshire Patriot blog, residents will be able to see who their candidates are, where they are standing, the issues they are standing on and most importantly, how to vote.

We want to see a new generation of voters and we want to help them to understand the voting system.

It is easy to vote, even if you have lost your polling card. Just take some ID to your local Polling Station on Thursday 2nd May between 7am and 10pm.

The location of your local Polling Station will be written on your Polling Card - a small white card which you will recieve a few weeks before the day of the election. Polling Stations are usually in a local hall or community centre, not far from your home. To find out more, this website called 'about my vote' explains everything you need to know and to find out more about elections in Shropshire, see this article from the Shropshire Council website.

Remember, no one can find out who you voted for. It is anonymous. All you have to do in order to vent your frustration with the so-called 'mainstream' political parties is walk into your local Polling Station on Thursday 2nd May between 7am and 10pm and use the pen or pencil provided to put a 'X' next to your British National Party candidate, then fold up your voting paper and put it in the sealed metal box.

It's as easy as that.

Even if you lose your Polling Card, just take some ID into the Polling Station so the official can cross your name of the list, then cast your vote.

No one will know who you voted for.

Any questions can be answered via this blog - just put your anonymous question in the comments section under this article on our blog: http://shropshirepatriot.blogspot.co.uk/2013/03/county-council-elections-how-to-vote.html

Now, grab your mobile 'phone and set a reminder for Thursday 2nd May and come out to vote BNP.

The little actions we take today are the building blocks for tomorrow's success.
